The Weakest Link Assessment.  A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.  A business or organization can only grow as large or as fast as its weakest link.

With more going right than wrong there is no need to change what is working.  It is only necessary to correct the exact area that is holding the company back. When this is isolated and corrected, it results in the biggest positive impact on the growth and profitability of a business.

We call this The Weakest Link Assessment.  This assessment normally takes 2-3 weeks to complete.  Once the weakest link is located, a plan is worked out to correct it.  Then the Miller, Knutson & DaRe team works in a fractional management capacity to see that only needed correction is successfully implemented.
